Some frequently asked questions!

Do I have to provide my credit card details over the internet? No. Once we have received a booking request we will contact you to run through some of the more important terms & conditions of letting and to arrange for either a deposit or the full amount to be paid by credit card or direct deposit into our trust account.

How up to date is the availability shown on the site? Our website is updated every few seconds from the internal booking software at O'Meara Property, The only time a property will show as being available when it might not be is if another person has requested a booking and the booking hasn't yet been processed by our staff. The only time this should happen is after hours or for a short period during working hours.

If two or more booking requests are received for the one property, who gets it? First come, first served! If however, the person making the first request cannot be contacted within a reasonable time frame, we'll move to the next request.

What do I need to bring with me? Sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath matt, tea towel (You can arrange the hire of these while booking or any other time prior to arrival) and whatever food/personal items you require.

We're arriving after hours, how can we pick up the keys? Easy! Let us know that your arriving after hours and so long as the full tarrif has been paid we can leave your keys in our "lock box". We'll simply give you a code to open the box and you can collect the keys at anytime you like.
