The property is located immediately adjacent to the Corlette to Nelson Bay walking/ bike path, a 3 minute walk takes you to the natural bushland setting of Bagnall’s beach which is a 24hr Off-leash, dog-friendly beach, but also great for walking, child-safe swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding.

10 minute walk to protected Dutchies Beach, which offers a playground and BBQs, swimming and stand up paddleboard hire, or if you are wanting to head into the heart of town you are only a 20 minute walk along the waterfront path into Nelson Bay where you will find cafés, shops and restaurants and D’Albora Marina.

Salamander shopping centre, Aquatic Centre, the Anchorage Resort facilities or golf courses are all within 5 minutes by car, while the surf beaches at One Mile and Birubi or Shoal Bay and Fingal Bay are a ten or 15 minute drive from the house.  

There is a single garage (only 1 side of garage can be used) and room for a boat in the driveway.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you,  no party policy in place.
