There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and full cooking facilities, the unit supplies a high chair as well. The comfort of having your own internal laundry with a washing machine & dryer.
The open plan living area provides a flat screen TV, DVD player and I-Pod docking station, this area opens out onto the front balcony which is furnished with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. It's the perfect spot for anytime of the day to sit back and relax.

There is parking for one car in the undercover secure carpark and one-off street single car space, unit 73 is suitable for 7 adults and 1 child due to the tri bunk.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you. This unit is non-smoking, and no pets are permitted on the estate, no party policy in strictly in place.
