There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including an electric cooktop under bench oven, microwave, family size fridge / freezer and dishwasher. The property also provides an internal laundry with a top loading washing machine and dryer which is in the double garage. The laundry also provides the second bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Upstairs will take you to the bedrooms and main bathroom, the main bathroom is a 3-way design giving you a separate bath, shower area, separate toilet area and separate vanity area – making this a very easy usable space for everyone.
The main bedroom offers a Queen size bed, ceiling fan and access to the balcony to allow the natural breeze to flow through. The second bedroom provides a Double bed and ceiling fan, and the third bedroom has a Double bed, ceiling fan and access to the balcony.
Outside has an enclosed courtyard area with alfresco dining and there is also a grass area for the children to play, having a double garage (maximum height 2 mtrs) for parking is a bonus as well.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
