And only a quick ten-minute drive into the heart of Nelson Bay gives you the best of both worlds.
The duplex is spread over two levels and has unlimited Wi-Fi, there is an internal staircase that is not suitable for children. On entry there is an open plan living area with slate flooring, large TV and the third bedroom with a Queen bed. The laundry is also located on the ground floor and has a front loader washing machine, dryer, toilet, and shower. Leading off from the living area is an undercover outdoor alfresco area with dining facilities and enclosed courtyard.
Upstairs leads you to the open plan living/dining area with comfortable furnishings, large Smart TV, and dining for 8 people. Opening off from this area takes you to the large balcony with gas BBQ and dining for 8 guests, here you can sit back, relax, and listen to the waves and enjoy the company of friends.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, wall oven, microwave, and family size fridge/ freezer. Two large bedrooms with the main having a Queen Bed and study nook area and private balcony, whilst bedroom two has a tri bunk and built in robe. The main bathroom is a 3 way design, with a shower over the bath, vanity area and separate toilet.
The property provides parking out the front of the property.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
