The living area provides a split system air conditioner, smart TV, and unlimited Wi-Fi along with comfortable furnishings to relax on. There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including a wall mounted oven, electric cooktop, microwave, coffee pod machine, family sized fridge/ freezer and dishwasher as well as a gas BBQ.
All three bedrooms have split system air conditioners and the main also has an ensuite with corner bath, shower, toilet, and single vanity. This property comfortably accommodates up to six guests with a maximum of five adults. The main bathroom also has a bath, shower, toilet and single vanity, the laundry is also located within the main bathroom and is fitted with a top loader washing machine and dryer.
Parking is providing for two vehicles as open car spaces, park the car and a quick two hundred metre walk will take you to the boutique shops of the main street, restaurants, cafes, and bars that Nelson Bay and D’Albora Marin has to offer.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
