The huge upstairs deck is the perfect place for your alfresco dining experience with Weber gas barbeque facilities available. This area opens from the air-conditioned open plan living, dining and kitchen area (please note the fireplace is not in use). The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, plumbed fridge, gas cook top, microwave, and complete cooking facilities. The main bedroom is also located on the upstairs level, it has split system air conditioner, large walk-in robe and ensuite with a double vanity, shower, and toilet.
Downstairs has the second living area; this area has a split system air conditioner and wall mounted SMART TV. There are also three bedrooms with two having ceiling fans and the main bathroom with a luxury large corner spa bath (spa to be fixed), shower, toilet, and vanity. The property also has an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, strictly no pets and no party policy in place.
Please note: this property is located within a residential area, noise restrictions are in place. No noise on the balconies or in pool area after 10pm.
Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the property.

We were really happy with the service provided by O'Meara Property, who were responsive and helpful at all times
The property was neatly advertised, but was a disappointment. We had to sweep the balcony and around the pool. The pool was said to be cleaned but due to the recent weather was littered with leaves and insects. We had to clear the pool of leaves however it has mosquito larvae on it and so we ended up not using the pool at all which was disappointing for the kids and was not worth the price we paid for it. The remote for the gate does not work properly and it was not included in the set of keys.
