The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, plumbed fridge, gas cook top, microwave, and complete cooking facilities. The main bedroom is also located on the upstairs level, it has split system air conditioner, large walk-in robe and ensuite with a double vanity, shower, and toilet.
Downstairs has the second living area; this area has a split system air conditioner and wall mounted SMART TV. There are also three bedrooms with two having ceiling fans and the main bathroom with a luxury large corner spa bath (spa to be fixed), shower, toilet, and vanity. The property also has an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
