The huge upstairs deck is the perfect place for your alfresco dining experience with Weber gas barbeque facilities available. This area opens from the air-conditioned open plan living, dining and kitchen area (please note the fireplace is not in use). The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, plumbed fridge, gas cook top, microwave, and complete cooking facilities. The main bedroom is also located on the upstairs level, it has split system air conditioner, large walk-in robe and ensuite with a double vanity, shower, and toilet.

Downstairs has the second living area; this area has a split system air conditioner and wall mounted SMART TV. There are also three bedrooms with two having ceiling fans and the main bathroom with a luxury large corner spa bath (spa to be fixed), shower, toilet, and vanity. The property also has an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.

Absorb the fabulous views from the deck, take a dip in the stunning pool or sit back and relax with a good book and take in the tranquillity of the surroundings. 1 Soldiers Point Road has so much to offer and being located only 50 meters to the water’s edge and only minutes to Soldiers Point Marina, Tennis Courts and local restaurants and cafes of Soldiers Point makes it the perfect choice for your next holiday escape. Rick Stein restaurant, Bannisters Resort and Soldiers Point Bowling Club are all within an easy flat 1.3 klm walk away.

Please note: this property is located within a residential area, noise restrictions are in place. No noise on the balconies or in pool area after 10pm.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This amazing house has everything you need for a family holiday .. pool, beach ,marina , boat ramp all close by. Spacious to fit 2 families. Love deck were you have the views of the beach and watch beautiful sunsets. House fully decked out with everything you need to make beautiful memories.

Property needs attention

The property was neatly advertised, but was a disappointment. We had to sweep the balcony and around the pool. The pool was said to be cleaned but due to the recent weather was littered with leaves and insects. We had to clear the pool of leaves however it has mosquito larvae on it and so we ended up not using the pool at all which was disappointing for the kids and was not worth the price we paid for it. The remote for the gate does not work properly and it was not included in the set of keys.
