This property is suited to quiet families that will respect the property, area, and the neighbours - please do not sit on the balcony after 10pm.
Noise that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am and any other day – 10pm to 8am.
On the entry level there are two open plan living areas with split system air conditioning, SMART TV’s, Stan, and Netflix log in, a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, family size fridge/ freezer, electric stove top, dishwasher, microwave, DeLonghi Espresso coffee machine and plenty of bench space to prepare meals. Leading off the main living area is the fabulous balcony with alfresco dining and gas BBQ facilities, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Three bedrooms are also located on this level with all having ceiling fans and the main bedroom also having a TV. There is a main bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet, and vanity. Downstairs has an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine, dryer, second toilet and shower, located next to the laundry is the fourth bedroom with a Double bed.
Great fully enclosed area which is perfect for small dogs only and children to play. Other features include a small single garage suited for storing bikes, fishing rods etc, plus boat parking out the front on the grass area and single carport. All this and only located within 550 metre walking distance to the heart of Nelson Bay shops, D’Albora Marina, and foreshore.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of two flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
