151 Sandy Point Road is in the perfect position right across the road from the beautiful water ways, located on the top level (guests have use of the top floor only) with stunning water views from the front balcony. The property features ducted air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, and Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine (BYO pods). There is also a games room with a TV for both games and DVD (guests to bring their own devices).
Three bedrooms with the main having a Queen bed, ensuite, ceiling fan and access to the front balcony so you can capture the views and sea breezes. Bedroom two has two single beds and bedroom three has a single bunk. The main bathroom provides a shower and the convenience of a bath, the property also provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
Front balcony provides a gas BBQ and off-street parking is available for two cars or a car and a boat - garage is not for guest use.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
