The property has a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooktop and a family size fridge/ freezer, there is also the bonus of another fridge/ freezer located in the garage. The garage also provides entertainment for everyone, a pool table and a foosball table so you get the best of both activities, TV and lounges.
Conveniently located downstairs in the master bedroom which has a Queen bed, ducted air conditioning, ceiling fan and access to the 2-way bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity. There is also an internal laundry downstairs with a top loader washing machine and dryer and a cute fully enclosed courtyard area with an outdoor shower.
Upstairs takes you to two more bedrooms and the main bathroom, both bedrooms have the luxury of ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans and bedroom two also provides a wall mounted. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet.
Located within just a 2–3-minute drive to the beach, surf club and local café and Fingal Bay Sports club around the corner makes this location perfect. Fingal Bay Surf Club is a quick 5–10-minute stroll away where you will find crystal blue water and soft white sand, this beach is children swimming as the beach is patrolled.
There is so much to do and see, take a walk across the spit to Shark Island, take out the boat, the jets ski, Stand Up Paddle Boarding.
Nature lovers will love Fingal Bay as it is surrounded by the National Park with an abundance of bush walking tracks, native birds, and flora as well as koalas, echidnas, and kangaroos which you won’t have to walk far from the property to see. Barry Park is located at the south-eastern end of Fingal Bay Beach, is a great point for spotting humpback whales from Mid-May to Mid-November.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
