Upon entry to this stunning home, you will find the huge window filled open plan living and dining area with a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, SMART TV, and free Wi-Fi.

The modern kitchen has complete cooking facilities including induction cooktop, family size fridge/ freezer and Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own favourite pods).

The dining and living area open out on the large deck so you can capture the beauty of Shoal Bay beach and headlands (sunsets are particularly spectacular!). Walk down the hall to the main bedroom with King bed which can be split into 2 Long Single Beds, ceiling Fan, Smart TV, sliding doors onto deck with ocean views and ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

One this level, there are two additional bedrooms with ceiling fans (one with King bed which can be split into 2 Long Single Bed and one with 2 singles) and the main bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity. Both down stair bathrooms are suitable for roll in access.
Heading upstairs you'll find the unique parents retreat with a King bed, Ceiling Fan and ensuite with a roll in shower, toilet and double vanity. On this level you will also enjoy an outstanding outside deck area with expansive views, wonderful al fresco dining tables, a lounge area and the comfort of a ceiling fan. Definitely a zone to sit back, relax, and watch the world go by. There is also a kitchenette with bar fridge and living area with Apple TV and the comfort of a ceiling fan.

There is an internal full laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer provided and a single lock up garage. The back yard has a casual sitting area with a beautiful brick fire pit and gas BBQ where you can sit back with a drink and think of all the stories that can be told around the fire pit – how relaxing.

21 Victor is very close to the pristine sands of Shoal Bay beach, Box beach, foreshore, restaurants, clubs, and cafes for you to enjoy. Stunning sleek design with upmarket finishes and fittings, this two-level holiday home will tick all your dream boxes.

Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

PROPERTY IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive.

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

Outstanding Venue


With its crisp white exterior as you approach 21 Victor Parade you immediately know that you are staying in an outstanding venue. The interior is even better. The beach chic design is beautiful and welcoming. I won’t got into how great the four bedrooms and three bathrooms but you’re going to feel like you have the best place in Shoal Bay as your accommodation. And you’d be right. I also enjoyed having fresh avocado on toast from the tree in the back yard. Being a short five minute walk down into the township, my companions and I enjoyed going for a daily swim before grabbing a coffee and heading back to sip it on the large downstairs balcony that has uninterrupted views of the bay. A nice place to consider which beaches you will visit that afternoon. The upstairs balcony is a great place to finish the day with your favourite beverage before getting some sleep to do it all over again. If you’re going to Shoal Bay and you want to stay somewhere that feels both luxurious and comfortable then 21 Victor Parade is the place for you.
