Downstairs has a large open plan living area with a split system air conditioner, wall mounted SMART TV and Foxtel Plus Movies Package. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, and family size fridge. On the ground floor there is also the internal laundry with a top loader washing machine, dryer, and a separate toilet.
The three bedrooms are located upstairs along with the main bathroom, the bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. The property has an enclosed yard and undercover entertaining area with outdoor dining facilities and a gas BBQ.
A double garage with remote control is provided and a pathway straight to Little Beach is just perfect, bring the pushbikes as the kids will love the flat level paths that wind their way through Little Beach.
The beauty of only being within a few minutes level walk to Little Beach, Shoal Bay Beach and West Diggers Club makes this the perfect holiday destination.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
