2/60 Tomaree Road is a fantastic holiday duplex that has been renovated and fitted with comfortable furnishings throughout features.

The open plan, tiled living/ dining area has stylish furniture, ceiling fan for your comfort and a huge SMART TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, and family size fridge/ freezer.

The three bedrooms are all tiled with the main and second room having Queen size beds whilst the third has a Double bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The main bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet and there is also a second separate toilet.

There is an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer available, enclosed courtyard with outdoor dining furniture and parking for two cars (no garage available).

2/60 Tomaree Road is in a residential area, please abide by the no party policy that is in place and the noise restrictions.

Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:

Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
