This luxurious three-bedroom multi-level boutique home is ideal for two to three couples to share or a family with up to four children. The home can also accommodate intergenerational families. This architecturally designed home allows for that most important family & friends time yet ensures everyone has their own space when desired.
This beautiful home is located in Corlette, in a perfect location that is peaceful yet only a 7-minute drive to Nelson Bay’s vibrant town centre and D’Albora Marina where you can enjoy the fresh seafood markets, shops or dolphin and whale watching cruises. The property is only a 500mtr stroll to Corlette Beach. The local suburb shops & Salamander Bay Shopping Centre are minutes away by car, and nearby you can dine in at many great restaurants including Rick Stein’s ‘Bannisters Port Stephens’ and the popular “Atmos” Greek restaurant.
Activities such as tennis, lawn bowls, golf, kayaking, fishing, swimming, or simply just enjoying a day on the green reserve and public BBQs at the local beach are within minutes. Just down the road is the Bartlett Cycleway, a bicycle and walking track sheltered by a rainforest-like canopy of trees leading you into Nelson Bay’s town centre. The entire region is a paradise getaway renowned for its natural beauty and many calm water and ocean side surf beaches.
The home has been styled and furnished in an elegant, yet relaxed family coastal style, inspired by its seaside surroundings. The home is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in the living and main bedroom, with pedestal fans in the cooler, lower-level bedrooms.
This well-designed home provides internal access from the double garage with a remote, and off-street parking for a small boat and cars. This level has a large bedroom with a queen bed and built-in robe. Next to it there is an elegant bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet, and bathtub.
A small flight of stairs up is the main entry level, with a second bedroom that has a queen bed, small desk, and built-in robe. There is also a kids retreat/second living area with smart TV, books/games, and sofa lounge that can be suitable as two singles or a king bed. The back alfresco area has a well-equipped outdoor kitchen and gas Weber BBQ. The laundry is also located on this level and has a front-loading dryer & washing machine as well as an iron/ironing board.
The middle level consists of the main living area, open plan dining and kitchen with gorgeous views of the bay. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, stove top, and family sized fridge perfect for entertaining. Stylish stone benches with light airy spaces complete the flow through to the large dining table and living space with smart TV where you can sink into those luxuriously comfortable lounges.
The balcony with outdoor setting overlooks the wonderful water views that Corlette has to offer, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
The main bedroom enjoys its privacy on the top floor with a grand King size bed, mirrored built in robes, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a spacious elegant bathroom with shower, double vanity, toilet, and spa bath.
The beds have all the comforts, with luxurious pillow tops and feather doonas allowing for that therapeutic sleep.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
