Located central to everything this two-story home with Wifi, ducted air and tucked away in a battle axe block will tick all the boxes.
As soon as you step into the property you will be greeted by bright and open spaces featuring a sweeping timber staircase, fresh décor and appliances.
The first floor consists of a combined lounge and dining with large wall mounted TV and modular lounge. The large open kitchen has a large Chef style oven and gas cooktop with family size fridge, with plenty of bench space so its perfect for cooking up a feast.
The spacious main bedroom is located on the first level which has ensuite and walk in wardrobe and ducted air conditioning.
The laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer and plenty of bench space with access to the clothesline just outside the door. There is also a separate toilet off the laundry.
The staircase to the second level consisting of 17 stairs has the remaining 3 spacious bedrooms all with Queen beds and the comfort of ducted air. The main bathroom has large vanity, bath and shower with separate toilet.

The yard is not secured.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.
This property does have Wi-fi.
By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

We had a lovely stay at O'Meara in Nelson Bay. The house is on a battle axe block down a narrow driveway but once you drive down you won't be disappointed. It's been newly renovated is very spacious and well appointed. We fitted six very easily. Very good for families and nice and quiet. It's not far from the main action, an easy car drive or a 15 minute or so walk.
