This property at Nelson Bay provides the perfect getaway for those who want to walk to the beach, shops and restaurant.The house has an open plan living area with air conditioning, 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans and a very modern bathroom with bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, full oven (has a safety switch in the corner cupboard) and microwave.There are 2 balconies, 1 within the front enclosed yard and the other being at the back of the house overlooking the non-enclosed yard which is big enough to fit 4 cars and perfect for parking 2 boats. Imagine sitting back and enjoying the space, tranquility and peace that this house will offer whilst on your next holiday.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

We come to Nelson Bay every year and it is our absolute favourite place to be. This was a new house which is always a bit apprehensive but we were so grateful for it and the comfortable stay we had. It is a lovely place for a family. Comfortable, airy, spacious, and nice walk to beach and shops.

Bathroom & house nicely renovated inside & balcony is a great size. Bed sheets were gross; looked like were used in a hostel. Had stains all on the inside of quilts. Roof in a bedroom had holes in it. Front driveway 'mission impossible' to reverse into. Had to cut bushes to the side pathway ourselves. Went NY eve had people running up sides of the house & cops looking so didn't feel secure. Backyard needs renovating;overgrown. Living room TV needs updating. Lounge was gross. Steam clean needed.

Very clean and bright home to stay in. Would definitely stay again. Had all the necessities we required. Even had friendly birds every day. Very close to the marina and local restaurants and cafe's.

BYO everything! Bin liners, dishwashing powder, glad wrap, tea towels, bath mats, wifi network 😆 knives that cut.. there’s a portacot which is helpful. Property has dual access at front & back which is great too. Loved the balcony. Lorikeets came to hang out every morning! The place needs a bit of love & care.. but is in an amazing location, you can walk to Dutchies in a few mins! Always love nelson bay.


Needs TLC


Our recent stay for a week was what we required no stress and quiet. However, the property is starting to need some upgrading and clearing. Except for the back bedroom, the TVs do not receive all stations which came online about 3 years ago. This was especially annoying in the lounge room TV. The BBQ, grill and garbage bin in the kitchen were not clean. The toilet brush has a broken handle. There were burnt pans in the cupboard. The cupboards in the kitchen are full of everything so no space for your food. It is suggested that you take the crockery out of the cupboard and use that space for your food to avoid sharing it with the ants. Thank heavens the garden men came and chopped back the bushes so we could get up the side passage. The railing on the front step is not secured and is waiting for an accident. In general, we found the outside grounds very rough and easy to fall over the knobs of grass, uneven steps/ slopes and wobbly railing. People gradually realised that the place was occupied and the backyard was not public parking. Our summary would be overpriced for the state of the accommodation but we did enjoy a quiet week.


So nice and clean house


We about 6 people stayed there and it was very delighting experience. We lacked nothing in this house.


Excellent accommodation, will be back!


We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, this house had all we needed for a great family holiday. Comfy beds, air con and a modern open layout very close to town. A back fence would be ideal to make use of the backyard for kids to run around but other than that it was a very lovely house to holiday with kids. We would happily return agsin
