54 Government Road is a two-story home with unlimited Wi-Fi, split system air conditioning in the living areas and main bedroom , two fantastic outdoor deck areas and all beds throughout the property have linen supplied and bedmaking.
As soon as you step into the property you will be greeted by bright and open spaces featuring a timber staircase leading down to the lower-level entertainment area with a bar and bar fridge, foosball game and living area with SMART TV and split system air conditioner. Opening the fold back doors will take you out to the large deck with lounge where you can sit back, relax, and take in the sun and natural beauty that surrounds. There is also two bedrooms downstairs and laundry with front loader washing machine and second shower and toilet.
The main entry level consists of a sitting area and large dining area which opens out onto the large deck with alfresco dining and gas BBQ facilities. The fully equipped kitchen, main bedroom and bathroom are also on the main entry level, it features complete cooking facilities including wall oven, electric cooktop, family size fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, split system air conditioner, TV and walk in robe which provides the port-a-cot / change table for your convenience.
The property provides a double carport for parking
* Please note the driveway is steep with entry restrictions. It is recommended that you only turn “Right” into the property driveway from Government Rd. *The driveway is shared with our neighbour. It is a maximum of 2 cars on the property and no trailers. On Street Parking is available *

By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
