Also located upstairs is the main bedroom with a ceiling fan and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, second living area with a split system air conditioner, unlimited Wi-Fi and a wall mounted Smart TV, flowing off from the large living area is the main balcony with water views and a weber gas BBQ for guest use.
For the peace and mind of children being at the property the owners provide child safety gates for the staircase and a high chair.
