Entering the home, you are welcomed into the open plan living space, designed to take in natural lighting and refreshing cross breezes and also has the comforts of ducted air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and sits in the heart of the home and provides a gas cooktop, family size fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area, seating six, providing the perfect setting for intimate gatherings and memorable meals with loved ones.
The master bedroom has external access to the backyard and offers a Queen bed, an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity, ducted air conditioning and ceiling fan. The two additional bedrooms are situated at the front of the house and have ducted air conditioning and built-in robes. The second bedroom is fitted with a Double bed, the third bedroom is fitted with a tri-bunk (double underneath/ single above).
