Unit 3 Albacore is an amazing waterfront luxury self-contained apartment at Little Beach which offers spectacular water views through the headlands and direct beach access to Shoal Bay beach.
Quality furnishings throughout and a large open plan living area with ceiling fans and floor to ceiling windows to capture the beautiful water views. There is a full-length verandah with outdoor dining and the complex boasts a lift, inground tropical pool and roof top to take in the panoramic water views.
There is a fantastic very well-equipped kitchen with granite bench-tops, dishwasher, wall oven, microwave and family size fridge/ freezer and the bonus of having an internal laundry which is positioned adjacent to the kitchen and comes with a top loading washing machine and dryer.
Wake up to spectacular sunrise from the King master bedroom which provides a second TV/DVD, ceiling fan, water views, access to the main balcony plus ensuite. Bedroom two has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan and access to the rear balcony whilst the third bedroom has two Single bunks, balcony access and a ceiling fan. The main bathroom has a standard size bath, shower, vanity and a separate toilet, other features include parking for 2 vehicles in the communal lock-up garage right beside the lift.
Only a short walk to Little Beach where you will find the perfect swimming area for younger children and a playground, boat ramp, picnic and BBQ facilities, take-way shop, cafÃ©, bar, restaurant and West Nelson Bay Diggers Club. Once you stay at 3 Albacore youll see why guests just keep returning year after year.
Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.

My family of 5 recently holidayed for a week in this apartment and was very pleased with the cleanliness, location and and general practibility of the site regarding car parking underground and the lift that services the building.The new outdoor furniture was comfortable,howeverI have noticed the OMearas website under summary still shows this apartment has 3 bathrooms when it has 2 and the photo in the gallery shows a Weber BBQ on the verandah that has been replaced by a larger BBQ that is not for tenants to use, I am sure that these are honest mistakes and should be rectified once it has been brought to the attention of the property managers,we would definitely consider staying at this apartment again in the future.
Loved this place. Stayed in the same block in consecutive years and will be coming back. Multiple bedrooms including bunks. Best feature is having your own pool, proximity to the beach and of course the view.
