Located at the quieter western end of Shoal Bay Beach, less than 100 meters from the waters edge, this spacious luxury apartment is ideal for all ages. Little Beach is a small stroll to the west with a perfect swimming area for younger children, a playground, boat ramp and picnic area with BBQ facilities and spectacular views can be enjoyed from the Café on the Inner Light Headland. The Shoal Bay shops and cafes are one kilometre along the beach to the east with Zenith surf beach and Tomaree Headland further east offering 360-degree views of the ocean and Port Stephens.
The quiet, fully renovated apartment offers quality furnishings and fittings, is complimented by stunning water views. There is a communal pool and BBQ area which is easily accessible from the apartment.
The unit has a very large open plan living and dining area with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors providing
access to a full length partially covered east facing balcony with an outdoor setting and views to the bay.

This property does include sheets and bath towels at the property, however, you are required to bring beach towels, hand towels and tea towels. The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
The Property offers TV and DVD players as well as ceiling fans in the lounge/dining area. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a full sized fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The laundry is equipped with a washing and dryer combination machine
The large master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, queen size bed, ceiling fan and sliding door access to the main balcony. The second bedroom with queen bed and ceiling fan opens to a balcony and shares the second bathroom with the third bedroom which has two single beds and trundle and opens to the same balcony.
Secure parking is available for two cars in a garage under the building with a lift and stairs up to the unit on the ground floor. Garage dimensions are: Depth – 5.5m, Height – 2.2m.

Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
