The modern renovated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a wall oven, microwave, family size fridge / freezer, dishwasher, plenty of Ceassa stone bench space to prepare meals and the bonus of an extra bar fridge for drinks.

The main bedroom has stunning water views and access to the main balcony to allow the refreshing sea breeze to flow through. The bedroom features a King size bed, 55” flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a renovated ensuite with glass shower, vanity and toilet. The second and third bedrooms both have ceiling fans and sliding door access to the rear balcony to allow the breeze to flow through. The main bathroom has also been renovated, it has been fitted with a large shower and vanity and houses a front loader washing machine and dryer, the bonus of having the toilet separate is very functional.

The Albacore complex features lift access, communal BBQ area and a tropical in-ground swimming pool, the unit provides two allocated car spaces in the communal underground lock-up garage section.

The Albacore complex is located at the quieter Western end of the pristine blue waters of Shoal Bay Beach. Direct beach access across the grass to Shoal Bay Beach is less than 100m away and just 1km to the family friendly Little Beach. Little Beach offers shaded grass BBQ areas, a great children’s playground area, fish & chips take away, the famous Little Beach Boat House restaurant/ bar/ cafe, boat ramp and trailer parking.

Shoal Bay boutique shops, variety of restaurants and cafes and Tomaree Mountain which offers magnificent views from the summit are only a short 2.2km drive away. Nelson Bay is only 2.3km away and offers many more restaurants, cafes, shops, and aquatic activities at the marina including the very popular Dolphin and Whale Watch Cruises (Whale cruises are between mid-May to November).

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.

Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

Lovely view, noisy neighbours

5 Albacore is a lovely apartment, well appointed and the view is amazing. Unfortunately the complex is not well sound proofed, so we could hear the happenings of the upstairs tenants and the full renovation going on in the apartment underneath.
