Stylishly decorated throughout with comfortable furniture and tiles. The open plan living area is fitted with a reverse split system air conditioner, a very functional lounge that can be transformed into a lovely day bed, SMART TV and WIFI.
The contemporary kitchen has CEASSA stone benchtops, dishwasher, and complete cooking facilities. Internal laundry with a front loader washer/ dryer combo and the bonus of having a personal clothes line in the laundry and on the balcony, the balcony also has a gas BBQ and the owner provides three gas bottles so there's never a chance of running out of gas.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
Two bedrooms with the main having a ceiling fan and the second providing a TV and DVD player, perfect for the children to watch their own movies. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity, the bonus of having a very large hot water system is fantastic as you will not run out of hot water.

We were very pleased with our stay. The holiday team are very friendly and supportive and we will return back to the same unit for sure. We will recommend the agency for all our friends and relatives.
Nice little apartment for the price, the bed was comfortable enough and there was enough room for us. The bathroom was very good and water pressure was great. The only issue we had was the lack of instructions on how to use the wifi. We left some instructions there for the next user bit something more offical would be much better. Location was just right for us close to walk to go for a swim, not to far to even walk into Nelson Bay or down to Shoal Bay .
A very newly renovated, clean and comfortable place to stay with Wi-Fi, computer and smart TV supplied. I recommend the location as well for beach access to two different beaches.
This is a really nice unit just a short walk to Little Beach. Our stay would have been perfect but for our neighbours in unit 3. Unfortunately we had to endure constant yelling, screaming and swearing every single day morning, noon and night, othetwise we'd give this place 5 stars. It is only for this reason we could not recommend to others.
