Unit 4 Amanda Court has floating floorboards throughout and the comforts of a split system air conditioner, large wall mounted SMART TV and free unlimited WI-FI in the living/ dining area. The contemporary kitchen has a dishwasher, complete cooking facilities with an electric cooktop and a family size fridge/ freezer. The internal laundry is off the kitchen area and is fitted with a top loading washing machine and dryer.
Two great bedrooms with the main having a Queen bed and the second having a tri bunk, sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you . The bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity and the convenience of having a bath for the children.
Amanda Court is located between Little Beach and Shoal Bay Beach, so you have the choice of a relaxing swim in the calm waters of Little Beach , or catch a wave at Shoal Bay Beach. Little Beach also has a take away fish and chip shop, fantastic restaurant and bar at Little Beach Boathouse which has a modern Australian cuisine or Below Deck Cafe and Bar which is great for Breakfast, Lunch or an afternoon drink and snack, or Wests Diggers is also around a 5 minute walk.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am
