Ambleside is an ideal holiday destination for either your next family getaway or group of friends wanting to relax for a few days!
The location in a quiet cul-de-sac just a few minutes stroll to the crystal clear water and stunning white sands of Shoal Bay makes it an ideal holiday location.
As soon as you enter Ambleside you will be impressed by not only the spacious interior of the townhouse but the tidy presentation of the complex. The main bedroom, bathroom and air conditioned living areas are upstairs along with a spacious verandah with water glimpses, the property even supplies WIFI.
Downstairs are the other two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and enclosed courtyard for you to sit back, relax and BBQ your tea! Secure your car in the lock-up garage and enjoy all that Shoal Bay has to offer!

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.
This property does have Wi-fi.
By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Excellent location, a stone's throw from a quiet beach along the bay. Close to enough shops including the local IGA supermarket, restaurants and gift shops. Port Stephens is only a few minutes away for more shops and services. We had a great stay here - the house has pretty much everything anyone could ask for - just bring food and drinks. We've booked again for 2023 and looking forward to it already. even some of the local wildlife came out to greet us.
Could do with a bit of updating. Needs a smart TV & sound bar to compliment the good NBN reception and remove the maize of wiring.
Very comfortable and very well presented. Close to beach (just across the road) and close to Shoal Bay shops. Fantastic place to stay!
