It is a stroll into Nelson Bay Marina zone. The Andana complex is definitely in the perfect location for all that the Nelson Bay Area has to offer.
This light and airy unit provides a large open plan living/ dining area with beautiful floating floorboards throughout the entire unit. It’s equipped with a Smart TV and free unlimited Wi-Fi. The open plan area opens out on the balcony to allow the natural sea breeze to flow through the unit.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop and wall oven, microwave, DeLonghi coffee machine, family size fridge / freezer and dishwasher.
There are two comfortable bedrooms both having Queen beds and built-in robes. The main bedroom also has an ensuite with a shower, toilet, ceiling fan and vanity.
The main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, and single vanity, the owner also provides a hair dryer. The unit provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer and a garage space plus storage, which is perfect to store your stand-up paddle board or pushbikes if you bring these with you.
