'Bagnall Views' is a modern, spacious, two storey duplex that provides the perfect getaway for those who want to be able to walk across the road to the beach.
Located on the ground floor is the stylish, open plan living/ dining and kitchen area, this is a beautiful bright, sunlit area which opens out onto the front grass yard with filtered water views of Bagnall Beach. The living area provides FREE Unlimited Wi-Fi, large flatscreen TV, DVD player, surround sound and iPod docking station, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave and complete cooking facilities.
Upstairs boasts three large bedrooms with air conditioners and with the main having an ensuite, TV and access to the balcony. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity plus there is also an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine, extra shower and toilet plus a dryer which is stored in the garage.
Parking is provided for two cars, one being an extra-large single lock up garage space and one driveway car space. There is also a great undercover area out the back with a gas BBQ (which is stored in the garage) for the guests use.
Park the car as across the road you have the 'Bartlett Cycleway' which is a relaxed 10 minute bike ride or 25 minute walk on the path that goes all the way into Nelson Bay Marina and shopping or you have a quick four minute drive and you're in the heart of Nelson Bay town centre.
Across the road from 'Bagnall Views' there are also free BBQ facilities, picnic tables, fantastic children's playground and just around the corner is where you will find beautiful Dutchies Beach which is known for the calm waters that are perfect for children to swim, SUP (Stand Up Paddle Boarding) and relaxed green grass areas so you can laze around in the sun.
Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.
