Enjoying ocean views over Shoal Bay from this top floor apartment is only the beginning of the perfect holiday, 6 Bahia is superbly located close to the main street of Shoal Bay where you will find boutique fashion shops, cafes, restaurants and clubs and the famous Country Club.
You also have the bonus of having Tomaree National Park right near you, which has fabulous walking trails throughout and Tomaree Headland which boasts the bays best views from the top and perfect memorable photos. 6 Bahia is perfect for couples or a family who are wanting to have the relaxed family escape with everything at their finger tips.
Use the balcony to catch some sun or sit back in the relaxed fresh open plan living area with ceiling fan and new flooring throughout, or you may want to watch some TV on the new large screen.
There are three bedrooms with the main having balcony access to allow the breeze to flow through, the bathroom has a bath, shower and separate toilet and a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The laundry is found in the bathroom area and supplies a washing machine and dryer.
The apartment has 2 allocated car spaces, park the cars and walk to all that Shoal Bay has to offer.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Great space and location
A very good place to stay for the family. 3 generous bedrooms offer comfort for small family or group of friends. Sleeps 6 easily and big enough live in for a few days. One small bathroom though. Small seaside view from balcony which was as advertised and gave nice views. Well equiped kitchen and lounge room if you want to stay in relax. - 5 min walk to foreshore and country club and shops etc. Small hill but we had a 3 year old who could handle it. Not too steep either. A good stay. Well recommended
Ideal location, perfect setting with sheltered views across the bay, we had a fantastic holiday in a great situated apartment. Hopefully we will be coming back soon.
