Bay Haven is a fantastic pet friendly (downstairs on tile area only) ducted air-conditioned beach townhouse with lots of sunlight and an open plan living area, very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Aldi Expressi coffee machine.
Three bedrooms located upstairs, and all bedrooms have the ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and the main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity.
Out the back is a fabulous under cover entertaining area with a gas BBQ and loads of room for kids to run around. The internal laundry offers a front loader washing machine and the bonus of the third toilet. Internal access is also provided from the single automatic garage which makes life just that bit easier.
