An easy 200 metre level walk on a paved walkway straight across the road to popular Little Beach which is perfect for children as there is a fantastic children’s playground, calm swimming waters, picnic area, toilet amenities, BBQ's, restaurant and bar and boat ramp. Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay are both less than 2km's away for cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping and aquatic activities.

The ideal location for a relaxed beach side holiday. If you are after the surf beach than beautiful Shoal Bay beach is a short 600m walk away. Feeling like a relaxing coffee with a stunning view than the famous Inner Light Tea Room is at your fingertips with their mouth-watering fresh scones and coffee and breathtaking water views of Port Stephens.

Unit 30 is an immaculate, three-bedroom, air conditioned, spacious unit filled with natural light and stylish, comfortable furnishings. The living area has a split system air conditioner, large wall mounted SMART TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi and CD player. The open plan living area opens out to a covered balcony with an outdoor setting and Weber gas BBQ, sit back, relax, and take in the water views of Little Beach.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare meals, stainless steel family size fridge/ freezer, complete cooking facilities, microwave, and dishwasher. The internal laundry is adjacent to the kitchen and has a top loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The main bedroom has a ceiling fan and ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity, the second bedroom also has a ceiling fan. The main bathroom is located near bedroom two and three, it is a three-way design giving you a separate shower and bath area, vanity area and toilet area.

The unit is a side facing unit with approximately 14 stairs and provides two car spaces - one lockup communal and one open car space.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Cosy apartment close to beach and town

This is a well equipped and maintained apartment overlooking Little Beach. It is a 20 minute walk along the waterfront to Nelson Bay shops, restaurants and the marina. It is also a short walk to Wests Diggers and the community gallery. Definitely recommended.

Excellent accommodation, great location, perfect for 4 ppl, tho sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. Aside from the initial shock of so many keys for the apartment, came down to only needing 2 of the big bunch daily lol. Love the fact you get 2 car spots, on site, rare these days. Be prepared to share your balcony with lorikeets, kookaburras and even the occasional butcher bird.
