The unit recently had a refurb with new appliances and furniture giving it a modern classy feel with air conditioning. The open plan living area has a huge 55 TV, DVD player and loads of natural light that pours into the unit from the large balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped with every utensil you need, dishwasher, microwave, large family size fridge and complete cooking facilities, theres even a gas BBQ on the balcony so you can cook up a feast.
Three large bedrooms with the comfort of ceiling fans and the main providing an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The main bathroom has a bath and shower in one room, separate vanity area and separate toilet area, there is even an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
The balcony has beach views and the luxury of park views, watch the local birdlife and hear the water hitting against the beach, this is a very relaxing and easy getaway.
Bay Parklands is spread over 5 acres of manicured lawns and beautiful gardens. There is a solar heated pool, tennis court, spa and games room with table tennis, the unit provides the tennis racquets and balls and racquets for the ping pong table and balls.
Situated between Little Beach and Shoal Bay. A short walk into the heart or Nelson Bay or up to the Inner Lighthouse Caf which is famous for their perfect scones and coffee and Wests Diggers is only a short walk.
Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.

I had such a relaxing time away at Bay Parklands. From the ease of picking up and returning keys on departure, staying in a beautiful location, which was close to anything you may need or want. Apartment was clean, tidy, and had very comfortable beds! Air-conditioned comfort for warmer days and lovely to have access to a washer and dryer. Will be returning at a later date and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking to have a lovely, relaxing time in the Nelson Bay area.
What a wonderful apartment! The location and amenities were absolutely perfect for our stay! Kid friendly and so easy to book/collect keys etc! Will definitely be booking here again.
Fantastic unit! Clean, quality furnishings. Kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, crockery and glassware. Huge flatscreen TV. Comfortable beds. Best shower ever!! Plenty of hot water and fantastic water pressure. Great location, a couple of minutes walk to Little Beach, easy walk to RSL. Secure undercover carpark was brilliant to unload belongings close to unit entry. Rooftop carpark perfect for tall boat.
Fantastic place for a family holiday. When it wasn't beach weather we could use the beautiful protected pool. The unit was very spacious and had everything we needed. Beds we very comfortable as well. Quality furnishings.
