The kitchen has just been renovated and has complete cooking facilities and dishwasher, the internal laundry flows off the kitchen and has been fitted with a washer and dryer. The owners also provide a high chair as well for your convenience.
The open plan living area provides a flat screen TV, DVD player, this area opens out onto the front balcony which is furnished with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. Its the perfect spot for anytime of the day to sit back and relax.
There is parking for one car in the undercover secure car park and one-off street single car space, unit 73 is suitable for 7 adults.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
