Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court (bring your own racquet and balls) and established gardens and grass areas for the children to play.

An easy 200 metre walk across the road to the child friendly beach with a great playground area, picnic and free BBQ facilities, boat ramp, cafe, restaurant, bar and the popular fish and chips takeaway shop. Only a short walk to Little Beach marina, Diggers RSL Club and Shoal Bay beach, Bay Parklands is the best beachside holiday location as it provides everything to keep the whole family entertained.

Unit 73 is ideally positioned on the top floor with views overlooking the beautiful pool and parklands and has the bonus of being air conditioned to give you more comfort . Three bedrooms with the main having a renovated ensuite and ceiling fan. The main bathroom has recently been renovated, it is designed as a 3 way which gives you separate toilet, shower/ bath and vanity areas. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and full cooking facilities, the unit supplies a high chair as well. The comfort of having your own internal laundry with a washing machine & dryer.

 

The open plan living area provides a flat screen TV, DVD player and I-Pod docking station, this area opens out onto the front balcony which is furnished with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. Its the perfect spot for anytime of the day to sit back and relax.

There is parking for one car in the undercover secure carpark and one-off street single car space, unit 73 is suitable for 7 adults and 1 child due to the tri bunk.

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
