Fully enclosed back yard, which is perfect for your beloved pooch, well behaved dogs are even welcome inside and only a short walk to Bagnall Beach which is a leash free dog beach.
Baydream is very well equipped with modern furnishings, air conditioning, two living areas and gives you a very comfortable relaxing feel as soon as you walk in the front door. Three good sized bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main having an ensuite, the main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and toilet. Two air conditioned living areas with the back area having a playstation which is perfect for kids entertainment. Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The driveway allows for easy boat parking, an outdoor shaded entertaining area with gas BBQ and an outdoor shower - easy for when you come home from the beach with the dog.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
