7/42 Bayview Apartment is a stylish unit filled with natural light that pours in due to the aspect and front facing, this really gives you a feel of wellbeing. There is a split system air conditioner, water views and the complex is conveniently located in the heart of Nelson Bay. Park the car and walk to cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping, D’Albora Marina, Nelson Bay beach and Golf and Bowling Clubs.
This third-floor apartment has two bedrooms with the main having a Queen bed, ensuite with a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity and balcony access to allow the sea breeze to flow through. The second bedroom is really spacious with 2 Single beds, ceiling fan and a study/work area with a desk for those busy people who are on a working holiday. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and the unit provides an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and complete cooking facilities. Open plan, air-conditioned living, and dining area with a flatscreen TV, DVD player and CD player. From the living area, you have filtered water views from the balcony.
There is a single standard size, secure undercover car space (restricted height for access) with lift access straight to your door.
Bayview Apartments has a strict NO pet policy, NO SMOKING policy, and NO PARTY policy in place.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
