The open plan living area is filled with natural light and high-pitched ceilings which create the environment of space and tranquillity. Opening off the living area is the cosy, sunny balcony that takes in the stunning distant water views.

The property has unlimited Wi-Fi, SMART TV, Blue ray, games, books, and DVD’s. There is a fully equipped kitchen that has been updated and is fitted with a gas cooktop, built in steamer, warming tray, NEFF wall oven, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and coffee plunger.

Three spacious bedrooms and the main bathroom are all located on the upper level. The main bedroom having an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and the main bathroom being a 3-way design giving you a modern glass shower and bath area, vanity area and separate toilet.

Downstairs you will find the laundry fitted with a top loader washing machine and dryer plus a third bathroom with a shower and toilet. This leads out to a private undercover courtyard with outdoor furnishings, gas BBQ and sunlounges to relax. The property also provides a flat driveway with a single lock up garage with a ping pong table and single carport.

“Bayview on Tareebin” is in a quiet neighbourhood just out of town, it is perfectly positioned in a child friendly cul-de-sac with Bagnall’s Beach and Dutchies Beach only 1.5kms away.

Dutchies Beach is a picturesque bay with a shaded sandy beach great for relaxing and perfect for children in the calm swimming waters. It has a lovely reserve with picnic and BBQ facilities and a children's playground at the western end. Nelson Bay town centre and D’Albora Marina are only 2km away where you will find an array of cafe's, restaurants and boutique shops, dolphin cruise centre and other water activities.

Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

This is a great space!


This property has plenty of room, lots of outdoor space for entertaining, it was great for a group of friends for a week away. Would stay again with no hesitation


Stunning Property


Beautiful property in a great location, the views out to the headlands are beautiful. Very comfortable and clean. Property has WI FI which was great as I had to do some work from home.


Relaxing, Rejuvenating, Refreshing

Lovely home away from home with all the creature comforts. Even during a couple of rainy days we were able to hunker down, grab a book to read from the library, stream our favourite shows and even play a bit of ping/pong in the garage. It was great to be somewhere that had every possible kitchen utensil needed and plenty of modern appliances including a great steam oven! Bed was super comfy and there was plenty of space to not feel like you were on top of each other. Loved every minute.
