Perfectly located across the road from Fly Point Beach is unit 7 Bayview Towers, fantastic modern two bedroom unit offering class and style, stunning water views and all within 800m level walk to d'Albora Marina Nelson Bay. Perfect for the romantic weekend away for couples or small family wanting to escape from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday life.
Air conditioned open plan living areas with floor to ceiling windows to capture the breathtaking water views, 32 inch flat screen TV/DVD player and ceiling fan. Undercover balcony with outdoor setting, and private BBQ.
The stunning kitchen has granite bench-tops and mirrored splash backs, full size fridge/freezer, stainless steel under bench oven and glass stove top, dishwasher, microwave plus a small wine fridge, there is also a front loader washing machine for convenience.
The second bedroom has a small flat screen TV and water views down to Nelson Bay Marina, the ultra-modern bathroom has floor to ceiling tiles, free standing bath, stylish rectangular sink, open walk-in shower and toilet.
Off the main living area there is a small alcove which can be screened off to create a third bedroom and has a single day bed and ceiling fan.
There is a communal garage with an allocated single car space, park the car and walk to all the local attractions, restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping and beaches.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

We had a nice stay here and enjoyed the amazing views. There were a few things that were minor, but left us with a feeling of annoyance. Basic cooking items were sadly lacking; sharp knife, bread knife, decent chopping board, decent fry-pan, and champagne glasses. If you intend to cook in this unit be prepared to buy or bring everything you need! It would not take much money to address the old/missing items but would create an entirely better feeling and environment as a rental.

Our thoughts on our stay here was really mixed.. the location and view is fantastic, unit decorated and renovated nicely with all the essentials. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having ceiling fans throughout too and a bbq. However, our first thing we noticed was how dirty the floors were!! Your cleaner needs to be told to clean them after each person stays! Or get a new cleaner. Our feet were putrid from walking on the floor after all of 5 mins. Turned the air con on after arrival as it was hot and after a while we noticed it was dripping water. I contacted O'Meara property to inform them straight away. They said someone would be out around 7pm.. the air con guy called at 8pm wanting to fix it.. we have young children and it was too late and he said he would come the next day. He never called back or showed up nor did O'Meara property chase it up either. If I was the owner of the unit, I'd be disappointed in how they're looking after my property personally.. funnily enough the air con oddly did stop leaking water the next day. Also the TV only had 1 channel that worked! So if you're happy to constantly watch channel 9 then I guess you'll be fine. Overall, it is a nice unit. Just needs better management.. only other downside is it can get a bit noisy with cars, trucks going past. We left feeling really unsure to whether we would stay again or not.. loved the location and view, it was a nice unit overall. Just needed floors cleaned, TV fixed, wifi would be an added bonus and a property rental that actually is making sure your unit is taken care of.
Good location. Nice beaches. Nearby to town, pubs, clubs, food etc. Comfy flat ... but dirty, sandy floors on arrival. NO INTERNET in 2019!!!! Get the internet on. HARD, HARD, HARD kitchen chairs to sit on. VERY uncomfortable. Great beds. Air-conditioning. Fans - Nice. Lovely views. Don't go if you can't walk up 32 stairs. Undercover parking is good. Easy walking to everything, if you're able bodied. Thanks.
Clean and comfortable However the windows and sliding doors annoyingly rattled throughout our stay from the high wind from across the bay Importantly, unless you drive a Yaris or a Barina , the allotted parking area for our unit 7, would be impossible to get into or out of if unit 4 have their car rightfully parked across Water kept running from toilet cistern after being flushed The door of the microwave oven often jammed Lastly the shower screen door is off hinged not able to be closed completely, and so is the front door security screen LOVELY VIEWS. Would I hire it again? NO
Location is handy to everything with good view and short walk to marina and shops. Good beach opposite - snorkeled from there to Little Beach at high tide each day past Fly Point marine reserve. Only negatives were road noise being on busy corner, and lack of basics provided. Minimalist. Had to buy extra toilet paper, salt and pepper etc day one
