As soon as you step into the property you will notice the space and comforts that await you. Ducted air conditioning throughout the top level, wide hallways leading to the open plan living area and separate dining area. The living area has ducted air conditioning and a huge wall mounted Smart TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi, ceiling fan and a fireplace for the cooler nights.
The living area opens out onto the undercover wrap around balcony overlooking the pool. The outdoor alfresco has dining seating for eight people and a lounge area to relax on or sit back whilst cooking a feast on the gas BBQ. There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, wall oven, microwave and the bonus of a dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and Breville Creatista Plus coffee machine.
Five bedrooms and the main bathroom are also located upstairs on the entrance level, they all have ducted air conditioning, and the main bedroom provides an ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity, and toilet.
Downstairs is where you will find the games room with a huge pool table, laundry and two more bedrooms with one bedroom having a split system air conditioner for your comfort. The internal laundry is also located downstairs, it provides a top loader washing machine and dryer.
Outside is a fully enclosed yard with a fantastic pool area and undercover entertainment area with a shower, toilet, and vanity, so convenient for when you come home from the beach or freshen up after a swim.
The property provides parking in the driveway, with room for a small boat and two vehicles, Beach Haven is within five-minute drive to the water’s edge of Nelson Bay and D’Albora Marina five minutes’ drive to Little Beach boat ramp. This property is in a fantastic residential area of Nelson Bay and offers everything to keep everyone entertained with space and activities – once you have been you will definitely want to come back to Beach Haven.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
