Relax and enjoy the surrounds of the property or take a short 250m stroll down to the Little Beach Foreshore where you will find a fantastic childrens playground, picnic and BBQ facilities, sandy beaches and perfect swimming spots. There is also a boat ramp with trailer parking, fish cleaning stations and the jetty to throw a line and catch a fish or two.
If going out for dinner is more your thing you have multiple choices to pick, Little Beach Boathouse is perfect for a cocktail and snack downstairs on the deck or if a formal dinner is planned the upstairs restaurant is perfect whilst watching the magical sunset, Diggers Club has a variety of menus to pick from and also available is the take away fish and chip shop if a quick take away meal is on the agenda - there is so much choice at your fingertips. Morning tea or lunch is perfect at the Nelson Bay inner light house tearooms, you will enjoy the history and a relaxed lunch experience with the amazing 180-degree bay views.
Beach House is a stylishly appointed two storeys four-bedroom, two-bathroom house with a split system air conditioner in the downstairs open plan living and kitchen area. The living area provides a large 42-inch LCD TV with sound system, DVD and CD player. The living area opens out to the large under cover entertaining area with outdoor dining furniture and gas BBQ, a great place for alfresco dining.
The modern kitchen is located in the hub of the house, it has granite benchtops and stainless-steel appliances including a double door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and under-bench oven.
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor level and the main bathroom which has floor to ceiling tiles, a hand held-shower over the bath plus a walk-in glass shower.
Upstairs offers the large parents retreat with high raked ceilings. Peace and quiet is what you will get up here with your own living area with a wall-mounted LCD TV, ensuite, ceiling fan, dining setting and kitchenette with a small fridge and sink. The sliding glass doors lead out to the spacious deck which provides your own outdoor area and gives you a beautiful Seabreeze straight into the bedroom.
Convenience of having internal access from the single lock-up garage and an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer are also available with this property.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This house is in a great location but it is NOT clean at all under the beds where too much dust and dirt. The stove was broken. The pillows are very old and dirty. Because it wasn't enjoyable trip I checked out one day earlier. The sliding door is broken.
Our stay was tarnished by a few problems. I reported a broken toilet on the ground floor shortly after we arrived. It was easy to see the toilet had been broken for some time There was a second toilet on the first floor, but that caused some issues as we had two little girls who were being toilet trained and climbing up the stairs to the first floor was quite an effort. The agent responded in a timely manner, and got a plumber arrived quickly, but he was unable to repair the toilet because it was a Saturday, due to not being able to get hold of the parts needed. I asked for a portion of the cost as a refund for the inconvenience caused, but the owners refused. The stovetop is cracked and we noticed quite a few cockroaches around. This house needs maintenance and is getting a bit tired.
