The property provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including an under-bench oven, electric cooktop, microwave and the bonus of a dishwasher and a family size fridge / freezer.
There are three bedrooms with the main having access to the balcony to allow the sea breeze to flow through and an ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity and the property provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
There is off street parking for two vehicles on the top level with a steep driveway to a third undercover parking spot below (more difficult to access due to the steep driveway and hard turning circle).

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
