In an idyllic and secluded setting away from the hustle and bustle of city life you will find this fantastic escape. Fantastic undercover entertainment deck that overlooks the tree lined reserve with filtered water views and the fantastic enclosed back yard which is perfect for your beloved pet. Upstairs is the large air conditioned living area with TV , the kitchen/ dining area are also upstairs, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and a BBQ on the balcony to help cook up a storm !! The added bonus of having the extra toilet with the living area space is fantastic so you dont have to walk up and down the stairs too often.
Four bedrooms are located downstairs with the main bedroom having an ensuite and access to the balcony. The large main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet and there is also an internal laundry offering a washing machine and dryer, the fourth bedroom is located off the laundry area and also has access to the back yard.
Convenience of having an automatic double garage that stores the 2nd fridge and has internal access to the property makes this the perfect holiday destination.
Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no party policy in place.

First time at this accommodation and it was given the thumbs up by the whole family. Adult family had lots of spots to chill out and read or listen to music or chat on the balconies.Safe yard for dog as well.Fridge in garage was a great hit and drinks were replaced on departure. Only small complaints were that there were no coasters or place mats to use on all the glass top tables,the 2 frypans were too bowed to sit on induction cooktop and there were only metal utensils to use with the new teflon electric frypan. These were minor things and we will definitely be returning 2021.
Great location and large enough to share with grandparents. Secure yard for our four legged family member to join us :) A well appointed family home. Accessibility to beach, walking and bike tracks (incline to property from beach). We enjoyed multiple daily visits to the beach. Note: Although only required a few weeks of the year, the air-conditioner is only functional in the living/kitchen areas. Stand alone fans in the bedrooms. All bedrooms are located downstairs.
Spacious and a great location, we really enjoyed our stay. Clean, well appointed and Dog friendly. Huge deck with good views. Short walk to the friendly Bagnells beech. Would certainly stay again.Paul and Marjorie.
Agent and Owner were more than accommodating this year(our 2nd booking) as this is the best property I have found in over 25 years of holidaying in Nelson Bay that suits our family requirements, the owner was gracious in forgoing his 3 day prime time booking to allow me an extra 2 day's at the Summer rate, and the outside area offering the cooling sea breeze is the ideal place to relax, in fact the whole place is highly functional and family orientated. Will return
This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. There was plenty of space for two families of four. Fantastic location especially for our dogs with a very easy walk to the dog friendly beach. Property was really well and thoughtfully equipped. Beds were comfy. We loved it and would definitely return. Further to another review - the aircon in the lounge is reverse cycle and warmed the upstairs beautifully. Downstairs bedrooms were still a little chilly (July) but additional blankets etc. were provided.
Had a great family catch up. Certainly met our needs. However if your visting in colder months, suggest having extra blankets. As Aircon isnt reverse cycle and got a bit cool in the evenings.
