Ground floor and no stairs to worry about, perfect for children or the elderly, as soon as you walk in youll feel relaxed and able to unwind. Having an air conditioner in the spacious open plan living and dining area makes this very comfortable easy living, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Two bedrooms with a ceiling fan in the main bedroom, 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds - the top beds of each bunk only cater for children and are not suitable for adult body weight. The bathroom has a shower and the internal laundry provides a washing machine and the bonus of a dryer. Cute backyard (not enclosed) and an outdoor shower (cold water only) for when you come home from the beach.
