Owned for many years by a private family for beach holidays we now present Catalina for holiday rental. Located in Catalina Close little beach you are surrounded by walking/ bike paths that take you directly to either Shoal Bay beach for a wave or to Little Beach for a paddle in the water.

This casual air conditioned beach house has an enclosed back yard, BBQ facilities, garage and heaps of room to park the boat. The living area, dining, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom and 2 bedrooms are located upstairs and the other 2 bedrooms, laundry and 2nd toilet and shower are located downstairs. There is a front and back balcony to allow the beautiful breeze to flow through the house. Diggers club is within a 5-10 minute walk and you can also walk along the beautiful Shoal Bay beach all the way into the restaurants or night life of Shoal Bay. This property offers so much for the large family or 2 families to holiday together at a fantastic price.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Pets are not welcome at this property.

This property does not have Wi-fi.


By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Okay location, average property

Good location between shoal bay and Nelson bay with quick access into town by car. Property was pretty average. Leaking downstairs toilet, toilet upstairs didn’t stop running, doors didn’t quite close properly or were very hard, dryer didn’t work, bulbs out in main room. Very dated inside. Good thing was I had young kids and there was nothing they could break or damage and had carpet stairs so no injuries.

Worth it to stay on this house. Where the house is located is so close to the beach and shopping centres. Big, clean and affordable.

Perfect holiday house everything is within walking distance plenty of room in the house aswell

Found the accommodation very good. Great spot, close to everything. Ample parking for cars and boats. Clean, with heaps of beds. In a quiet Close so not much traffic. Will be back to stay here again in the future.
