Two Bedroom unit with cooling sea breezes and stunning water views located right on Shoal Bay Beach.
Large fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living area with flat screen TV open out onto the main balcony with stunning water views where you can sit back and soak up the sun, take in the views and listen to the waves rolling. There is also a 2nd balcony with a gas BBQ.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, water views plus access to the main balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a Tri Bunk Bed and the bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity and separate toilet. There is an internal laundry with top loader washing machine and dryer.
There is a single lock-up garage and one open car space perfect for a small axle trailer boat. The unit is located on the 3rd floor to capture rhe sea breezes.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.
This property does not have Wi-fi.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Great location, 1 min from shoal bay beach. 15 min walk into shoal bay. Super close to other beaches too. Good apartment with bbq - would’ve been nice to have wifi (it’s 2020) and a few more amenities as you have to bring everything and they give you 1 roll of TP and minimal cleaning supplies. Overall great experience would go back.
Nice apartment. Had to clean kitchen benches upon arrival as there were little black bugs there. Lounge Room Screen door out to balcony Had holes in it so we couldnt leave it open due to mosquitoes & flies. Glass door from main bedroom to balcony rattled when it was windy and opened by itself as there was not internal lock on the door.
A magnificent clear view of the heads, even from the bedrooms. Tidy and tiled floors throughout.
Weve been booking this unit every year for our holiday. its a wonderful apartment. sadly ive seen it detiriote over the years. There was no flysceeens on the laundry and toilet window. They removed the pantry in the kitchen . The mop has been updated , so throw away the old mop. There are new quilts and pillows. So throw away the old quilts and pillows which are using storage space in the cupboard. There was only two clothes hangers in the whole house. Other than that , this unit makes our stay in nelsons bay more enjoyable.
