This lovely presented first-floor unit has everything you will need for your next holiday including water views, open plan living with a family size kitchen, bathroom, internal laundry facilities and so much more.
The open plan living area offers a comfortable lounge suite, LCD flat-screen TV with built-in Blu-ray DVD, water views plus sliding glass door access to a covered balcony with an outdoor setting. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a glass stove-top with under-bench oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge/freezer, plenty of bench space to prepare meals including a breakfast bar with four stools. There is a second balcony adjacent to the kitchen and dining room.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, built-in robe, water views, and access to the main balcony and outdoor setting. The second bedroom has one king single bed, one bunk bed, and built-in robe.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath, modern vanity and a separate toilet. Other features include internal laundry facilities with a top-loading washing machine and dryer
STAIRS: The unit has 15 steps from the ground floor to the front door, there is no lift.
There is strictly no smoking in the unit.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
