Fully equipped entertainers kitchen with dishwasher, Breville Nespresso coffee machine and huge open plan living area which opens out onto a spacious balcony that brings the relaxing feel of tranquillity and calmness.

Maison de la mer offers so much including ducted air conditioning, WIFI, Foxtel and PlayStation, a large and private master bedroom with an ensuite with full bath, walk-in wardrobe and spectacular balcony, Internal laundry, outdoor dining with BBQ and 2 car garage. Linen is supplied through Tomaree Linen Hire (beds not made up).

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

My family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. It’s modern and spacious and lovely views from the 3 levels. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. ( 30+ internal stairs so it’s something to consider with children and elderly guests.) The staff at O’ Meara were responsive and helpful.

Driving up the hill to Maison de la mer we knew we were in for something special and upon opening the grand front double doors the spectacular views did not disappoint. The house is set high on the hill taking full advantage of the sparkling bay views all the way across to Tea Gardens. The decor is modern and stylish whilst comfortable and homely. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to whip up a delicious feast to enjoy whilst soaking up the sunshine (and the views) on the north facing terrace. Luxurious linen and very comfortable beds tops off Maison de la mer as a destination I would definitely re-book when travelling to Port Stephens in the future.

Simply, a beautiful house spread over 3 levels in a super quiet location. The beach front is 500m away and has places for walks or runs.
