Open plan, air conditioned, spacious living area with modern quality furnishings throughout with the bonus of extras such as Smart Flat Screen TV. Two living areas with formal dining adjacent to the main living area with seating for 10 guests. Flowing off this area is the undercover outdoor area with gas BBQ facilities.
A fully equipped kitchen has complete cooking facilities, family size fridge/ freezer, gas stove top, dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of bench space to prepare meals. On the ground floor of the house is the second living area which offers a Smart Screen TV, air conditioning, kitchenette facilities as well as a bedroom area and comfortable furnishings.
Four bedrooms all with air conditioning and the main bedroom having an ensuite with glass shower, vanity, and toilet. The main bathroom has a seperate bath, shower, toilet, vanity. The property offers an additional two bathrooms for the comfort of all guests.
Internal laundry with a combo washing machine/ dryer and fully enclosed front yard is perfect for the children to play. Other features include an automatic double lock-up garage street parking and all located within 900 metre walking distance to Shoal Bay Beach, Shoal Bay Country Club, foreshore, variety of restaurants and boutique shops.
Dolphin Bay House is a quality residence located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. This property is suited to quiet families that will respect the property, area, and the neighbours. Noise that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am and any other day – 10pm to 8am.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
