There is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including air fryer, dishwasher, microwave and family size fridge/ freezer and gas BBQ on the back balcony. The bonus of having your own private internal laundry with washing and drying facilities is also available. The main bathroom offers a relaxing spa bath, with toiletries provided, shower, vanity and toilet One of the balconies also provides a sun umbrella and clothesline. The penthouse provides three secure car spaces in the undercover garage.
There are four large bedrooms with linen and bed making supplied with the main having an ensuite with toiletries supplied, TV and balcony.
