The top level has the open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area with rich timber floors, ducted air conditioning and SMART TV with free Wi-Fi and large kitchen which is a chef’s dream with complete cooking facilities including an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fully integrated fridge/freezer. Plus, a Delonghi Dinamica coffee machine to make your favourite brew – don’t forget to bring your favourite pods! There is also a powder room available on this level.
Move out through the sliding doors to the outdoor dining area which includes outdoor dining where you can enjoy the lovely water views over Dutchies Beach and beautiful sea breezes.
Two steps up from the living area will take you to the main large bedroom with King bed, TV and stunning ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity. Other features include a 2-car lock up garage, porta-a-cot (stored in bedroom two wardrobe) sheets and bath towels provided and beds are made up ready for your arrival.
