The home features ducted air conditioning throughout and a large open plan family/ dining area with a SMART TV and FREE WIFI so you can log onto your own Netflix account and Bose speakers. The bi-fold doors open out to the huge undercover alfresco dining and relaxed lounge area complete with outdoor dining table and chairs, outdoor lounge, pool lounge, ceiling fan and gas BBQ cooking facilities. There is also a separate media room which is perfect for those days or nights where you want to sit back and enjoy a good movie, catch up on the latest sport programs or play a tune on the Kawai piano.
The fantastic, huge, modern kitchen has been fitted out with high quality Miele appliances and a gas cooktop. The choice of a steam or electric oven, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee maker + milk frother, slow cooker, sandwich maker and loads of bench space to create your meals.
Four of the bedrooms are located upstairs. They all have ducted air conditioning, carpet flooring and Walk in Robes. The ensuite off the main bedroom has a stunning bath, shower, and dual vanities. The fifth bedroom is located downstairs and has the use of the main bathroom. The main bathroom has a bath, walk in shower, separate toilet, and dual vanity. A private retreat is located off the al fresco area. It also has a private bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and dual vanity – just perfect for grandparents to holiday with you and still have their own privacy and space. A double garage and carport are provided for parking; loads of room for boat parking. There is a spare fridge/ freezer located in garage as well. Please note that no scaling of fish is allowed at the property and no parking on the grass as there is bore water irrigation.
Echo Beach estate is located at One Mile. It is a peaceful nature filled estate and only a short distance to the popular patrolled One Mile Beach. A restaurant and café is also located at the beach.
Echo Beach House is a large and very comfortable holiday house which is the perfect place for a picturesque holiday with peace and quiet at your doorstep.

This property is in a residential area therefore STRICT noise restrictions do apply.
NO VISITORS - ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 12 people including children. We do have strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property thus only those nominated and accepted on the booking form are permitted to be on the property. There are no exceptions - it's a MAXIMUM of 12 guests. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property staying overnight that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
