The location makes the most of the fabulous beaches that Port Stephens offers as well as the serene bushland and national park.

Please note - driveway is narrow and the car park is mainly suitable for small - medium vehicles, larger vehicles can be parked on the street though.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Quiet and peaceful holiday

Family holiday unit with stunning views of Shoal Bay through beautiful gum trees. Quiet and peaceful location backing on to Tomaree National Park where there is bushwalking to pristine beaches. Very well equipped kitchen! I would give 5 stars if the screen door was fixed and the outdoor shower was working, but these are minor repairs that could be done easily - the rest was fantastic!

A quiet spot with pleasant views through trees to the beach,

I love Shoal Bay and have stayed, at various places there, every year for the past 20 years. However the prices are going up every year and I may not be able to afford to come next year. Also parking in Nelson bay, for shopping, is becoming a nightmare . The beaches are lovely - I went swimming almost every day - at Shoal bay and Little Beach.


Stunning views BUT....


Stunning views of Shoal Bay & waterfront. 10 mins walk to beach. Having traveled extensively, I would rate this property as budget with comensurate facilities. Property requires a deep clean. Shower hot water lasts about 3 minutes, not sufficient to shower two adults comfortably. Cold & univiting vibe. Two stars- views and comfy bed, plus bonus having the use of a washing machine. Being from Victoria we didn’t realise it was also a long WE in NSW, limiting our accommodation options. Will Air B next time in the area. Port Stephens and surrounding area is stunning.
